[Serves ~ 4]
Blend together : (about 2mins in an ice-crushing blender or SP 7 – 2mins in Thermomix)
- flesh 1-2 mangoes
- 10 tbs soaked almonds
- 1-2 kale leaves
- 4 tbs sunflowers / pepitas
- 2 tbs linseeds
- 4 tbs coconut yoghurt (or coconut milk)
- 4 dates
- 2 bananas
- 150g water (3/4 cup)
- 250g ice (1 tray)
Top with some fruit and gorgeous grainfree cereal / granola (click to get my recipe) and enjoy!
PS – we buy organic almonds and kale to avoid the chemicals as these both get quite a spraying.
