[Serves ~ 4]

Blend together : (about 2mins in an ice-crushing blender or SP 7 – 2mins in Thermomix)

  • flesh 1-2 mangoes
  • 10 tbs soaked almonds
  • 1-2 kale leaves
  • 4 tbs sunflowers / pepitas
  • 2 tbs linseeds
  • 4 tbs coconut yoghurt (or coconut milk)
  • 4 dates
  • 2 bananas
  • 150g water (3/4 cup)
  • 250g ice (1 tray)

Top with some fruit and gorgeous grainfree cereal / granola (click to get my recipe) and enjoy!

PS – we buy organic almonds and kale to avoid the chemicals as these both get quite a spraying.
